Raters say we are...  unsatisfactory and unprofessional

My wife tried to make an appointment with Dr. Egan today and spoke to a very rude receptionist who, without explanation, told my wife that she would have to be referred by a GP. My wife tried to explain that she had skin irregularities and could not understand why she should pay a GP €60 for a letter to Dr. Egan to repeat exactly what my wife would have told him anyway. (is this some sort of scam to fill doctors wallets?)
The receptionist repeatedly spoke over my wife to say that she needed a referral.
What can only be described as a very unsatisfactory and unprofessional experience!

I also disagree with the review below by tinkle. If you have already tried other medications then Roaccutane is most likely the only thing that will work. He can't just wave a magic wand and make your spots go away. He is far more educated in this area than the person who wrote that review, but if they just want to dismiss what he says because they don't like it then that's not his problem.

I'm currently attending his practice and am very happy with him.
